Ashley John (Assistant Operations Manager)

Hi. I am Ashley, the Assistant Operations Manager. I have worked in the care sector behind the scenes for 12 years now. Part of my role is to support our teams of care workers where possible and support service users and their next of kin with any queries they may have. I hold a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration and a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care. I try to focus on equality and diversity in care and employment. I believe everybody should be treated equally.

Deborah Smith (Care Co-ordinator)

I have worked for Bespoke Care and Support Services since 2016, originally as a part time care worker, being promoted to Senior Care Officer in 2017, and recently to Care Coordinator.
During my time with Bespoke Care I have had the opportunity to become qualified to the standard of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care. I have also acquired qualifications in End of Life Care, and Moving and Handling. We are lucky to have a wonderful team of people - care workers, management, and of course our lovely service users. I have had varied careers previously, including caring for students with special needs in high school.
I find caring for others the most rewarding career you could have.

Caroline Clay (Senior Care)

I have worked for Bespoke Care for over a year. I started as a Care Worker and quickly gained the experience and knowledge to become a Senior. I am currently studying for my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. My role is both office and field based, providing administrative support to our team of care workers, whilst also remaining involved in the delivery of care to our service users. This is something I am extremely passionate about, and I enjoy playing my part in providing a professional yet personal level of care.
