Diane Ryan (Care Manager, Director)

Hi, I'm Diane, the Care Manager and one of the co-founders of Bespoke Care. I have worked in the Care Sector, supporting our local community for more than 15 years. It is my role to lead the management team, I am also a qualified Manual Handling Trainer. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care.
Andrew Johnson (Registered Manager, Director)​

Hi, I’m Andrew, the Operations Manager and the other co-founder of the company. I have worked in Social Care Management for 22 years. I look after the business development, HR and have been the Registered Manager since we started. I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care.
Ashley John (Operations Manager)

Hi. I am Ashley, the Operations Manager. I have worked in the care sector behind the scenes for 14 years now. Part of my role is to support our teams of care workers where possible and support service users and their next of kin with any queries they may have. I hold a Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Business Administration, a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and I am working towards a Level 3 Diploma in HR Support. I try to focus on equality and diversity in care and employment. I believe everybody should be treated equally.
Helen McCrorie (Care Co-ordinator)

Hi, I’m Helen, one of the senior carers at Bespoke Care. I have worked as a carer for 4 years. I support a team of home-based carers to provide personalised, quality care for service users with a range of physical and psychological needs. I am professionally trained in many aspects of providing care at home. I have completed my Level 3 Diploma in adult social care with merit. I am a dedicated, compassionate carer and I love my job.
Emma Brown (Assistant Care Co-ordinator)

Hi, I’m Emma, I am the assistant care co-ordinator at Bespoke Care. I have worked in different care sectors from children, learning disability to dementia and home care for over 9 years. I hold a BSc Degree in forensic psychology awarded a 2:2 and is BPS accredited, as well has holding a Distinction for a level 2 in Adult care. I currently work under the care co-ordinator and support the team of home-based carers. I assist in providing the best person-centred care for our service users, this can include an array of support, assisting in physical and emotional needs. I am currently working towards my Level 3 Diploma in health and social care. I absolutely love my job, and the teams I work with in and out of the office. I see myself as supportive and dedicated to the care I deliver as each Service user as different and are to be delived a person-centred care package to suit their needs. One of the best parts of this job is being able to see my service users smile when we sing our morning songs to start the day.
Marcus Heyhoe (Office Administrator)

Hello. My name is Marcus and I am the Office Administrator for Bespoke Care and Support Services. I began working for Bespoke Care early in 2022 and have grown into my role along with the business. I left college with Grade As in Law and Business Communications and a B in Internet Technology. I am currently working towards completing my HR Support Apprenticeship Level 3. I believe in constant improvement and I always strive to be better than I was the day before. Meeting and assisting people daily is a great way for me to reach my goals as an individual.
