Diane Ryan (Care Manager, Director)

Hi, I'm Diane, the Care Manager and one of the co-founders of Bespoke Care. I have worked in the Care Sector, supporting our local community for more than 15 years. It is my role to lead the management team, I am also a qualified Manual Handling Trainer. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care.

Andrew Johnson (Registered Manager, Director)​

Hi, I’m Andrew, the Operations Manager and the other co-founder of the company. I have worked in Social Care Management for 22 years. I look after the business development, HR and have been the Registered Manager since we started. I also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care.

Ashley John (Operations Manager)

Hi, I’m Ashley, the Operations Manager at Bespoke Care.
I’ve worked behind the scenes in the care sector for over 14 years. My role involves supporting our fantastic team of care workers, as well as assisting service users and their families with any queries or concerns they may have.
I hold Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Business Administration, a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, and a Level 3 Diploma in HR Support. I’m currently working towards my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care.
I’m passionate about promoting equality and diversity in both care delivery and employment. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background — and that belief underpins everything I do.

Helen McCrorie (Care Co-ordinator)

Hi, I’m Helen, one of the senior carers at Bespoke Care. I have worked as a carer for 4 years. I support a team of home-based carers to provide personalised, quality care for service users with a range of physical and psychological needs. I am professionally trained in many aspects of providing care at home. I have completed my Level 3 Diploma in adult social care with merit. I am a dedicated, compassionate carer and I love my job.

Emma Brown (Assistant Care Co-ordinator)

Hi, I’m Emma. I’m the Assistant Care Co-ordinator at Bespoke Care.
I’ve worked across different care sectors for over nine years — including children’s services, learning disabilities, dementia care, and home care. I hold a BSc Degree in Forensic Psychology with a 2:2 classification, accredited by the BPS. I also achieved a Distinction in my Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care.
Currently, I work alongside the Care Co-ordinator to support our amazing team of home-based carers. I help to ensure we provide the highest quality person-centred care for our service users — supporting a wide range of physical and emotional needs.
I'm currently working towards my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I absolutely love my job and the teams I work with, both in and out of the office. I see myself as a supportive and dedicated member of the team, committed to delivering personalised care — because every service user is different, and their support should reflect that.
One of the best parts of my job is seeing our service users smile when we sing our morning songs to start the day.

Marcus Heyhoe (Office Administrator)

Hello, my name is Marcus and I’m the Office Administrator at Bespoke Care and Support Services.
I joined the team in early 2022 and have grown into my role alongside the business as it’s expanded. My background is in business and IT — I left college with Grade As in Law and Business Communications, and a Grade B in Internet Technology.
I’ve recently completed my Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support and am now working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Operations Management. I believe in continuous improvement and always strive to be better than I was the day before.
Working in a people-focused environment allows me to develop both professionally and personally — and helping others is a big part of what motivates me every day.
