I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the family to say how grateful we are to everyone that took care of our mum. Mum liked and trusted each of them, as they treated her with care, respect, gentleness and spoke to her, not at or over her. This did not stop after mum was no longer capable of verbally responding. I personally witnessed this on the days when the care team expected mum to be the only one in the house. They chatted to mum from the moment they entered her home. I responded to a comment they made to mum as they signed in one morning. They came rushing into mum’s room smiling then gasping in surprise and joy.

I just wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful care and attention you gave to my Mum. You were all so kind and thoughtful towards her, never running out of patience or tolerance for her sometimes-demanding ways. Losing her to COVID has been difficult as she was well protected by you all at her house.
COVID-19 also meant that we were not able to visit her or talk effectively with her at the end of her life.
She had a long and very interesting life and will be dearly missed by us all.
Thank you again for all your support and extremely well thought out care of my Mum over the years.

Thank you very much indeed for looking after my Mum. Everyone who came to her home was wonderful and very caring and looked after her with such kindness. As a family, we could not have asked for more and we are extremely grateful.
My 'Mummy', led a full and happy life and we have wonderful memories of her and the times as a family we all spent together. Thank you for all your support.

I just wanted to email to say thank you for the care package that has been put in place for my Mum. My mum and step dad were wary of having carers coming in, but the district nurses knew Mum needed your help. She was fast tracked.
Mum now has 4 carers a day and we could not manage without them. Apart from their dedication and professionalism, they are all so friendly and caring and treat my Mum with the utmost respect.
Mum is on end-of-life care now and it’s a great comfort to know the carers are there every day to look after her.
