Diane Ryan – Care Manager, Director
Diane is one of the co-founders of Bespoke Care and the driving force behind our commitment to quality and compassion. With more than 15 years in the care sector, Diane brings unrivalled experience and a hands-on approach to her leadership role.
As our Care Manager, Diane leads the entire care management team and ensures that every decision we make reflects our values. A qualified Manual Handling Trainer and holder of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, she leads by example and is passionate about upholding the highest standards.

Andrew Johnson – Registered Manager, Director
Andrew co-founded Bespoke Care alongside Diane and has served as our Registered Manager since day one. With 22 years of experience in social care management, Andrew has shaped the business from the ground up overseeing our HR systems, compliance standards, and service development.
Holding a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, Andrew combines strategic oversight with a people-first approach. His deep understanding of both operational efficiency and human connection is central to the success of our private care in Huddersfield.

Ashley John – Operations Manager
Ashley is our organisational anchor ensuring the day-to-day service runs like clockwork. With over 14 years of behind-the-scenes experience in adult social care, Ashley supports our carers, liaises with families, and helps service users navigate their care journey.
He holds diplomas in Business Administration, Adult Social Care, HR Support, and is currently working towards his Level 5 in Leadership & Management. But beyond the qualifications, Ashley champions equality, diversity, and fairness in everything he does.

Helen McCrorie – Care Co-ordinator
Helen combines front-line experience with strong coordination skills. With a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and four years of hands-on care delivery, she’s the backbone of our scheduling and service matching.
From supervising carers to liaising with service users and families, Helen ensures our homecare in Huddersfield is delivered with consistency, quality, and a warm personal touch.

Emma Brown – Assistant Care Co-ordinator
Emma’s background spans nine years across dementia care, children's services, and learning disabilities. She holds a BSc in Forensic Psychology and a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (with Distinction) — and she’s now working towards her Level 3.
Emma helps keep everything ticking, from care plan updates to responding to real-time feedback from carers and families. She’s known for her upbeat energy, compassion, and the joy she brings to the team.

Marcus Heyhoe – Assistant Operations Manager
Marcus joined us in 2022 and has since become a key player in managing everything from HR and admin to tech support and compliance. With a background in business and IT, he holds a Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support and is pursuing a Level 5 in Operations Management.
He supports the management team across all departments ensuring that the systems, processes, and people behind the scenes are always working in harmony.
