Punctuality in Practice: Delivering Award-Winning Care, Right on Time

At Bespoke Care & Support Services, we know that when it comes to care, timing is everything. Whether it’s a morning routine, medication, or simply a friendly face at the expected time, punctuality builds trust, and for many of our clients, it’s vital.
That’s why we’re proud to share our most recent Careline Live data for the week of 26 May to 1 June 2025. Over 550 hours of care were delivered across the week, and our care team arrived, on average, over 6 minutes early.

Let’s put that into perspective: while we allow a 30-minute window either side of a preferred visit time (after all, we’re good, but we can’t teleport!), the vast majority of our visits fall neatly within that window, many even arriving early. This level of reliability is no accident; it’s the result of dedication, planning, and a strong culture of accountability.
💡 Shout out to Helen and Emma, our brilliant Care Coordinators, whose hard work behind the scenes makes this possible. From complex rotas to last-minute changes, they keep everything running smoothly with professionalism, patience, and good humour. We couldn’t do it without them.
