At Bespoke Care & Support Services, 2026 marks an exciting new chapter in our journey.

Following the award of new Kirklees Council contracts across Huddersfield Central East and Huddersfield Central West, we are continuing to invest in the future of community-based care. As a long standing home care provider with over 14 years delivering care across Kirklees, we are proud to be helping shape a new model of support that benefits both the people we care for and the care professionals who support them.

A New Vision for Home Care in Huddersfield

The traditional model of domiciliary care often sees care workers travelling long distances between visits, spending valuable time on the road rather than supporting people.

Our vision is different.

We are working towards creating smaller, locality-based care rounds within the central Huddersfield communities. By concentrating care delivery within neighbourhoods, we aim to reduce unnecessary travel and create more efficient, sustainable services that allow carers to spend more time where it matters most – supporting people.

This approach supports our wider commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred home care in Huddersfield whilst also improving the working experience of our care teams.

Growing Opportunities Across Kirklees

As demand for care continues to increase, we are actively recruiting caring, compassionate individuals to join our growing team.

Whether you are looking for a complete career change, returning to work, or seeking a role where you can genuinely make a difference, a career in care can be incredibly rewarding.

No previous experience is required.

We provide:

  • Full induction and training

  • Ongoing professional development

  • Funded qualifications

  • Supportive management and mentoring

  • Flexible working opportunities

  • A clear pathway for career progression

Many of our team members joined with no previous care experience and have gone on to achieve recognised qualifications and leadership positions within the organisation.

Supporting Independence Within Our Communities

Working as a Home Care Assistant is about far more than completing tasks.

Every day, our care teams help people remain safe, independent and comfortable within their own homes. This can include:

  • Personal care

  • Medication support

  • Meal preparation

  • Companionship

  • Shopping and community access

  • Promoting wellbeing and independence

For many people receiving elder care and care for vulnerable people, their care worker is one of the most important people they see each day. Building trusted relationships and supporting individuals to live life on their own terms is at the heart of everything we do.

Why Join Bespoke Care & Support Services?

We understand that great care starts with great people.

That is why we continue to invest heavily in our workforce, providing the training, support and opportunities needed for staff to succeed.

As a local authority accredited provider and NHS partnership worker, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Our values remain simple:

  • People-focused support

  • Trusted relationships

  • Local care for local communities

  • Working together to build stronger communities

These values have helped us become an award winning care provider and one of the most established providers of private care in Huddersfield and home care in Kirklees.

Looking Ahead

The future of community care is local, personal and relationship-focused.

As we continue expanding across central Huddersfield, we are looking for individuals who share our passion for helping others and making a positive difference every day.

If you are looking for a rewarding career with a well established care provider that genuinely values its staff, we'd love to hear from you.
