We've Moved! A New Chapter for Bespoke Care & Support Services

At Bespoke Care & Support Services, we're delighted to share some exciting news – we've moved into a new office!
Don't worry, we're still very much part of the Media Centre family and haven't gone far at all. We've simply moved from our previous office in the Northumberland Street building to a larger office in the neighbouring Lord Street building. Our registered address remains exactly the same, making it just as easy to find us as before.
This move marks an important milestone for our organisation. Over the past year, Bespoke Care & Support Services has continued to grow, welcoming more service users, expanding our workforce and strengthening our position as a trusted provider of home care in Huddersfield and home care in Kirklees. As our team has grown, it became clear that we needed a workspace that could grow with us.
A Space Designed for the Future
Our new office gives us the room we need to continue delivering the high standards of care that our community expects.
The new premises now include two dedicated rooms. Our main office provides significantly more desk space for our expanding administrative and management teams, alongside a comfortable waiting area complete with seating for visitors.
We have also created a separate meeting and training room, which includes additional storage, a kitchenette and a hot desk. This flexible space allows us to hold meetings, support staff training and provide a quieter environment for focused work whenever needed.
Although our surroundings have changed, one thing certainly hasn't – our commitment to providing award winning care to the people who rely on us every day.
Supporting Growth Across Huddersfield
Our expansion has been made possible thanks to the continued confidence placed in Bespoke Care & Support Services and our recent appointment as a Lead Provider for Huddersfield East and Huddersfield West under the local authority's home care framework.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our entire team and our reputation as a long standing home care provider, delivering compassionate, person-centred support across the community. With 14 years delivering care, we remain committed to providing high-quality private care in Huddersfield, supporting older adults and delivering compassionate elder care and care for vulnerable people throughout the district.
As a local authority accredited provider and NHS partnership worker, we're proud to continue investing in our people, our infrastructure and the communities we serve.
Visiting Our Office
For visitors, very little has changed.
If you're visiting Bespoke Care & Support Services and you're not a member of staff, please continue to report to Reception in the Northumberland Street building at the Media Centre. Our reception team will be happy to direct you to our new office.
Members of staff can come directly to the Lord Street building and use the intercom by dialling 44 before pressing the call button. A member of the team will come and let you in.
Looking Ahead
This move represents far more than a change of office. It reflects the continued growth of Bespoke Care & Support Services and our ambition to keep investing in the future while remaining true to the values that have guided us since the very beginning.
We're excited for what comes next and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional care to individuals and families across Huddersfield and Kirklees from our new home.
