Celebrating Growth and Welcoming New Faces at Bespoke Care

Congratulations to Katie Carr – Our New Senior Care Officer

We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Katie Carr to Senior Care Officer. Since joining the Bespoke Care team on 23rd June 2023, Katie has become a trusted and familiar face in the HD5 area, known for her compassion, reliability, and unwavering professionalism.

In her new role, Katie will be proudly wearing her purple tunic as she supports our team across the community. She’ll be conducting field observations, assisting with service user reviews, and offering guidance and reassurance to care staff when needed. Katie will also be helping to manage the on-call mobile outside of office hours, so please remember to use the out-of-hours line appropriately and continue to offer her your support and patience as she gets settled into this important new role.

This is a significant step not only for Katie but for the whole team, and we’re so proud to see one of our own stepping up and thriving.

Welcoming New Care Staff to Our Growing Team

We’re also pleased to welcome four new care professionals to our team. These new additions will be working across our service areas and will help us to continue delivering the high standards of care we’re known for. With their support, we’re confident that things will begin to feel more balanced, especially as demand grows in areas like HD4 and central Huddersfield.

The surge in demand across the HD4 area is a clear sign that our reputation for award-winning care and outstanding personal support is making a real difference in people’s lives.
