Huddersfield, 12th November 2024 – Bespoke Care and Support Services (BCSS) is introducing a winter relief discount for elderly clients, running from 25th November 2024 to 16th February 2025. This initiative aims to ease financial strain during the colder months, when rising living costs and heating bills affect many elderly individuals.
Endorsed by BCSS Office Administrator Marcus Heyhoe, Registered Manager and Director Andrew Johnson, and Care Services Manager Diane Ryan, the 3% discount will apply automatically over three full billing cycles. The discount reflects BCSS’s commitment to supporting the community, particularly with the recent news that winter fuel payments will not be extended to all in need.
“Our elderly clients are facing significant challenges, and we want to support them in a meaningful way,” said Andrew Johnson. “This winter relief discount is one of the ways we can give back to those who have trusted us to care for them.”
This initiative aligns with BCSS’s mission to provide compassionate care that goes beyond traditional caregiving, ensuring well-being and peace of mind for elderly individuals. For many in Huddersfield, homecare services are essential to maintaining independence and comfort during difficult financial times.
